By using Toolsminer, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Toolsminer is an online platform providing a suite of digital micro-tools including but not limited to: image compression, PDF merging, QR code generation, password generation, link shortening, and text utilities. Some features require a free account; premium features require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You may not share your account with third parties.
  • Toolsminer reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Copyright & Third-Party Platforms

Toolsminer does not offer video downloaders, stream rippers, or tools designed to circumvent copyright or platform terms of service (including YouTube). You may only use our utilities on content you own or have explicit permission to process. We may remove features that create legal or policy risk and cooperate with valid copyright notices.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Toolsminer to:

  • Upload or process illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our servers
  • Circumvent usage limits through automated scripts or bots
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service for other users
  • Automate high-volume requests that degrade service for others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design elements on Toolsminer are the intellectual property of Toolsminer and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without express written permission.

7. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely. Toolsminer does not store credit card information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact support within 7 days of a billing issue.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Toolsminer does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolsminer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Third-Party Advertising

Toolsminer displays advertisements powered by Google AdSense. These advertisements are governed by Google's policies and we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
